I'm writing this review after giving this place not one but two chances. Me and my friends came in after a busy black Friday shopping trip and needed some recharge time. The sample of the caramel crunch was delicious so all 4 of us ordered a regualr , all 4 of us!!!!

No chopped toppings one glob of caramel in the center and chunks of ice that haven't been blended properly.

Few weeks later I was back in the mall and figured I'd give them another shot, tried the cold brew figuring it's hard to mess up a cup of cold brew. It tasted like nothing, watered down and my cup was more ice than anything else. And for the price they charge for a 16 oz cold brew and to have no taste is criminal.

The only saving grave to this place is the staff, it's clear whoever runs this place has no clue what they're doing as they are always out of things. Whime in line i heard staff apologize for being unable to make certain items as they were out of things.

If I could leave no stars I would, this place needs to close the doors for good. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I have worked in this mall for 18 years in sales and I have never been treated so bad. Today I went to buy a cappuccino with almond milk like I usually do. I had to return my cappuccino because the milk had gone bad. In a good polite manner I explain to the manager that my cappuccino was bad and the manager responded in the most unprofessional way. The cup was full minus the little I tried, and the manager said in front of all the customers that I had the decency of returning an empty drink? I found it incredible how badly I was treated and she didn't even care about the expired milk. Very poor customer service. I swear I will never set foot in that place again.
