Aaron's Rent To Own — Attraction in Swatara Township

The staff harrass me even after making a payment arrangement with Levi the manager. Ever since he been on vacay they have been swat teaming my door for 35 minutes like the Mafia, they call and leave relentless messages to call them only for them to say I have no payment arrangement when I know that I spoke to Levi last week. POLO the original sales guy is Rude, disrespectful condescending sarcastic and has assumptions about his customers. When I mentioned that I would have never took up with them an account after the way they have been mistreating me and harassing me and Polo's response was same here I would have never worked with you.... And my money was stolen literally taken from me out of my account from a Cyber attack and this is the way I am being mistreated. I will make sure I pay off my account well even make double payments from here on out because I don't want to have anything to do with the business that can mistreat their customers the way they have been mistreating me. I never missed a payment until the Cyber attack.... I hate...

Just wanted to give a great shout out to a staff member that goes by the name of Kyrelle, gave me great customer service went over and Beyond the Call of Duty any employment type of business should be proud to have them working for their business, he single-handedly delivered or should I say he single-handedly move my items from my apartment and took it to another home and he didn't have to do all that he did but he did, not to mention he had a partner, with him who refused to help he had a bad partner he left a bad taste in my mouth so I just want to shine the light on kyrelle he gave the best customer service ever and I will tell everybody I know go to Aaron's furniture rental on North Paxton Street because KYRELLE he gets the job done and with a smile on his face thank you thank you thank you, KYRELLE,YOU ARE A...

My mom just called me in tears (grateful tears, I promise). Her husband just recently passed away. They had bought a sofa a while back from this location and owed a small balance on it at his time of passing. She stopped in to let them know of her husband's passing, to let them know it would be difficult for her to pay that balance...from conversation I had with her right prior to her heading there, she told me she was going to just surrender the sofa.
