Update: we still haven’t given this place another chance despite living just down the road. So if anyone has seen better (since they were only open a few weeks when I first wrote this), let me know!
January 2024 SKIP!! Not worth quality, quantity, price, or wait!
Ordered online at 5:50pm on a Saturday. Thought it would be busy since it’s new. Well, my family and I got there at 6:10 (when they said our food would be ready). Well there were about 10 other people waiting for their to-go orders. That’s fine. We can wait a couple minutes. At 6:30 we asked (not a lot of those people had left yet). They said they received our order but it wasn’t done yet. That’s fine. Maybe short staffed? (Shouldn’t be on a Saturday night when they are new). Anyway, we sat and watched at least twenty people come through the line and get their food eat and leave before we did. AN HOUR AFTER THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY at 7:10 we finally received our order! We were sitting there with our two kids and they were antsy. (We did ask for our drinks sooner and they gave us a bag of free chips). We got home (not wanting to spend any more time there) and they gave us a burrito bowl instead of an actual burrito. And the portion sizes WERE NOT WORTH $11!!! (See pic) I can’t believe how much they DIDNT put in). The kids meals are also not worth even $5. I really want my money back. We were so pissed. We should’ve asked for our money back and went to Cafe Rio, Costa Vida, or Moe’s.
Also, worth noting, our food wasn’t warm even a little bit. Like they made it and put it on a shelf somewhere in the back and let it sit. Like they forgot about it. Read moreI would suggest anyone with continuous negative reviews reach out and submit feedback to Chipotle as many times as they feel necessary. Obviously the owner of this location is doing nothing to improve it. Look at the reviews, nothing has gotten better and it’s a waste of a business
I am a very religious Chipotle customer and was so excited for this new location but if you guys are going to manage a drive thru then you need to MANAGE it. There should be no reason that a car is waiting for their order with a line of cars behind them that have gotten a notification their order was ready 30 mins prior. You guys need to have a holding stall so EVERYONE else in line can grab and go. Waiting 30 mins in line for an order that is ready is crazy and then for your girls in the drive thru area ignore me when I go in and flash me a look asking for help. I was nice at first until she ignored me. I understand this is a new location but let’s use our brains a bit. I will continue to go to the Layton location.
And on top of that just like everyone else we get our food home and it’s too salty to eat or enjoy. With how many complaints there are about this idk think the owner would implement...

Me and my family were so excited that a new Chipotle opened so close to our house in Syracuse, but we were disappointed when we tried to go for dinner. We waited in line and they started saying they were out of white rice and it would be 15 minutes. So we waited. 20 minutes later we got back in line, only for them to tell us it was still not done because their rice cooker was broken and they had to cook it on the stove, but it was almost done. We waited, then got back in line. They had white rice, but were out of steak, (which my daughter only eats steak quesadillas) among other ingredients. They said it would be 15 more minutes for the steak. We decided to just go, our kids were starving and they had already waited 45 minutes. We understand it’s a new franchise. There weren’t very many people there when we first got there though. We know it can take time to get things worked out, but that was very disappointing and we got a sorry, but they didn’t seem apologetic or made an effort to make it up to us.
