Cobra's Curse — Attraction in Tampa

If you're looking for a moderate thrill for kids too old for kiddie rides but not quite tall enough for the big rides, look no further than Cobra's Curse. There's one large drop facing forwards, a small slow backwards section, and a large section at the end where the cars spin freely. It does not go upside down and it is smooth and comfortable. This is still incredibly fun for thrill seekers as the first drop is sizeable, the backwards section is fun, and the spinning can be unpredictable.

If you like theming, Cobra's Curse has the best in Busch Gardens. The queue is extensively themed and has a nice atmosphere, especially if you're willing to read the archeological notes on the walls. The coaster itself has great theming with audio during the slow parts, a layout that goes over and under paths, interaction with Montu's wall, and a giant Snake King statue as big as the coaster itself. The wait can get a little long due to this ride's accessibility and proximity to the front of the park, but it's well worth it due to a themed queue...

Horrible wait on a Wednesday... I get it, it's summer. BUT the set up of the lines is absolutely ridiculous. Yes it's air conditioned once you enter the building but if you are claustrophobic I do not recommend! I left the line 1. Because after being in the hallways, every corner we turned there was another room FULL of people 2. Waited over an hour and the boarding area was still no where in site. 3. The nearest exit was where we initially entered... Which was about three rooms away so we had to maneuver through so many people(definitely should be a safety hazard). As far as the ride itself, idk, hopefully one day the wait isn't so bad so I'll be able...

Had a really bad experience. Yesterday I waited for 2 hours in line but it kept on having technical difficulties. I came back today and waited another hour and a half. I understand that lines are long and take a while, but the ride kept on breaking down. If the ride kept on having technical difficulties, why didn't they just close it? It was upsetting. People were waiting for a long time to get on, even sitting down becuase it took too long. The ride had some good attractions, but they really need to fix it or else people will get frustrated. I know I was. I was completely wasting my time when I could've gone somwhere...
