Krista /Owner of Monaco is probably one of the most amazing stylist of our time!! That is saying a lot since I’ve had my hair done with the best in NYC & Worldwide. As a 80’s Super-Model I’m very picky about my hair… as well as my looks & even more so as the years pass. Now as a Structual Engineer & CGC worldwide 🌎 Though I still do ads for top cosmetic companies plus I have a new Vogue cover coming out in 2025. It’s important to stay on top of my game in a world where “Age & Beauty” reigns… Krista & the unbelievably talented stylist that Krista hires to work in her salons truly have you walking out of the Salon & you feel you like you just shot your first Vogue Magazine Cover-it’s that Incredible… Listen don’t take my word for it, Go experience it for yourself and I’d better be ready for competition because you’ll emerge from the Salon feeling like a Supermodel…. Sometimes I’ve just had a simple wash & blowout with pretty much all of the stylist at the Bay to Bay location. Forget that number 23 in the USA the ratings say I’m telling you they are number One in my book!!! Get your hair colored by Virginia or Laura or Hallie But if your fortunate you get the Owner Krista who I can’t say enough about that woman & honestly every stylist they have at the Bay to Bay salon is incredible!!! I think every single stylist at a station or being trained my Krista to soon be at their own station is under the watchful & skillful incredible Eye of KRISTA/Owner…This woman is Incredible & I would Know …but don’t just take my word go book an appointment & I can promise you will emerge feeling quite beautiful & the Men you’ll feel quite Handsome.. If your hair just needs something to make you feel great about yourself again, their extension department which is Krista the Owner’s secret weapon btw, I’ve watched people come in but when they walked out… OMG I just am in awe that after NYC & now relocating my new company to Florida that this Diamond of Salon’s worldwide is here in Tampa Florida WOW & WOW .. You will never look the same but incredible will be your new image….Trust This, I don’t like to do reviews but as a CEO, I feel as a Commercial Builder worldwide & a supermodel (now that is a tongue twister). lol But I leave Monaco Salon & just feel incredible….They are just that good, plus you will love everyone at the Salon especially the women who run the front reception like Taylor She is amazing but ALL and I mean ALL at Monaco are incredible but front desk will make it work and get you an appointment!!! I Just can’t say enough about this Salon and all the stylist there with Krista/Owner as the reigning Queen…♥️♥️ Trust This…. I recently had the pleasure of visiting an extraordinary hairstylist (Kaysie S.) who specializes in hair extensions, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the stunning results and impeccable service I always receive. I am sad to leave a bad review as A FEW of the hairstyles at this location were nice and helpful with the awful experience I had here. To start, Annalise and I had a very confusing and misleading consultation for my hair. She never made it clear that they do not color extensions. As this was my first time with this salon, this should have been made clear. Furthermore, once I got to the salon and was notified that I would not be getting the color that i wanted and was looking forward to for a month. The stylist, Aleah, dyed my hair (the hair on my head not my extensions) THREE times because she couldn’t get black hair dye right and it was coming out grey. At the moment I thought nothing of it until a few weeks passed and my hair started breaking from the root because of her over processing my hair. Also, when I complained about the consultation and extensions misunderstanding, the manager had a tone to him that I personally didn’t like and he was going to let me leave the salon without my hair done until two kind stylists (Kaysie and I cannot remember the other ladys name) stepped in and did everything they could to help me. The two ladies offered to let a girl training to do my hair extensions for a discounted price, which I accepted and appreciated because I had no other choice. I couldn’t leave the salon without my hair done as I had an event the day after. The girl that did my extensions did a good job but my extensions needed a few adjustments. Annalise called me again about 5 days after I got the extensions and said if I needed them fixed to come back in and Kaysie would fix them and it would be complimentary. I went back in and was told by the manager that nothing could be done because the girl training would have to fix it (she doesn’t work at this location), not Kaysie. Why was I told two different things, no clue. Although the two stylists were kind and helpful, my hair has been breaking terribly and is so brittle because of the over processing that was done by the colorist Aleah. Something needs to be done with the customer service at this location because there is no reason why some of the hair stylists have better customer service than the people that manage and own the salon itself.
