Ed Sandoval Gallery — Attraction in Taos

The easiest person in the world to be is yourself. What I love most about Ed Sandoval’s work is that through it, your can see his personality. He’s funny, and full of color. He’s reflective and holds deeply his gratitude for the unique blessings one has, growing up in northern New Mexico. He paints from his optimistic heart. So looking at a painting, you find yourself warmed by the sun and cooled by the shadows; blessed by the grandeur of a man’s homestead; awed by the magical ever-changing canvas of the sky that we’ve been given; thankful for the blessings of flavors and colors and smells. Ed knows how to bring the very best out of the living and beautiful parts of our life and land. His work makes me smile.
