bealls — Attraction in Tarpon Springs

I’ve been to this bealles probably 50 times in the last two years I lovvvvve Bealles! But no more! After seeing my face tons of times the girls convinced me to do their store card. I never do store cards because we all know how that scam works. But for how much I shop there it honesty would be worth all the perks and discounts. I even convinced my mother to sign up for the card! I’ve only had the card for three months and the first thing they tried to do was charge me a late fee before my due date. Then it took an hr on the phone to get them to remove it. Then I go to use it after all that. I spent two hrs shopping last night and had my cart full ready to make use of that card! And of course the card wouldn’t go through even though I had $450 available on it. I had to be humiliated infront of other customers waiting and in the end after all the checking off my Xmas list, I had to leave the cart and replan all my shopping. My mother and I both cut up our cards today! You guys lost lifetime customers because of your greed. You should reward your best customers. Not punish them. Just on principle that they humiliated me and wasted two hrs of my Xmas shopping which I never have time to shop so this was a big deal. I’m never coming back and neither is my mother. Rude women employees at night. I walked in at 8:45 and two women standing around doing nothing yelled at me and say "we're closing in a few minutes". I looked at my phone asked what time do you close? They said nine. I said " it's 845 so 15 minutes"... Then, the announcement came that they were closing in 10 minutes. Within 30 seconds, one of them came up to me and said "we're closing in a minute" and I was like " in 10 minutes". And then she gave me attitude... Why are employees allowed to Harass customers like this because they wanna close early? I guess I'll have to call corporate and complain. I spend a lot of money here. No need to be rude and stalk customers through the store because you wanna be lazy...

Disorganized and has a doomed vibe every time I go to one of these stores. My per peeve with this is I often travel around and whenever I search for Bealls the GPS directions take me to a flipping Bealls Outlet. It always pisses me off and I finally figured it out after talking with a Bealls Outlet employee that the only way to get the right result for Bealls is to search Bealls of Florida etc . It's super annoying that the listing in Google maps is taking me to the wrong place over and over. Wasted gas and time.
