Very nice little area to visit, you can walk the entire strip in about an hour, plenty of spots to visit, boat tours, restaurants, bakeries, shops, etc. Definitely the area give you the Greek vibes, especially because of the restaurants, and the boats. Always try to find free parking at the end of the street instead of overpaying for the parking lots, there's plenty of free parking at the end and then you can walk the strip up and visit all the different places. If you want to buy sponges (a must have on this town) take your time to visit all the different stores, some will overcharge with elevated prices, but if you take your time you can find good deals worth of taking some sponges home. Restaurants and bakeries are all very good, we enjoyed every place we ate from, good Greek food on every corner. We loved this little town, their streets, houses, parks, everything about it is really nice, their people are also very polite. You can visit all places around in half a day, not to big. Sea food is fresh, but I find it to be a little expensive. Over all, very nice place, if you are around make sure you stop by and browse all the little shops and places to eat, you will enjoy it!

I love everything this place has going on. There is great shopping and eating options all along the main strip, with an amazing view of the canal used by the spongers. It's a rare day that I go and do not see the spongers out on their boats working. The deals are amazing, the people are beautiful and the sunshine is energizing. This is a must see attraction if you are just visiting, and one that should be visited over and over again if you...

Unfortunately this is another example of acute town that turned touristy in a bad way. There are plenty of towns that got it right but this is not it. I was so excited to go and enjoy a nice “Greek day”, maybe that’s the problem and my expectations were too high… stereotypical atmosphere rather than authentic Greek vibe, subpar food and short term rentals everywhere. Food, very disappointing, tasted to me like a frozen meal rather...
