Wow, what great customer service. I was looking for a place to do a small fix on a fargo chain that had worn it self out on the lobster claw. With not very many options of places to go too, I called Rare Lion and spoke with Michelle. Michelle was super helpful. She asked if I could bring the necklace in and she would take a look. Once I arrived Michelle was ready to get to work, tools in hand and and a new clasp ready to be put on. Not only did she replace the new claw, she even upgraded it to a stronger and better one. I have had this chain for over 25 years so needless to say it meant alot to me. Rare Lion went above and beyond my expectations, even though jewelry repairs are not something they typically do. When it comes to Antiques this is the store to shop at. So many options if you are looking for that one of a kind peice to add to your collection.

Definitely a must see for anyone who enjoys stopping in antique stores just to browse or to find a particular piece! My husband was looking for pieces by a particular western artist (for a gift for his parents) and Michelle knew immediately which piece she had in her collection and where it was within the store!

When we were interested in the piece pictured below, she spent the time to let us know a brief history about it, the piece’s roots from the Hopi tribe, and about the family of the artist. She was even able to locate a published book of southwestern art featuring some of this family’s work!

No large booth-based antique store can provide the expertise, know the inventory this intimately, and be able to locate items within their store like this.

One word best discribes Rare Lion Antiques and Jewelry. AWSOME! A couple weeks ago my daughter and I went here to get appraisals on a jewelry collection that was part of a large family estate, we needed a lot of information before selling it, to know what all the peices were worth. Michelle carefully looked at each peice, and gave us very specific and detailed info on all 22 peices. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and made us feel very welcome in her store. You can tell from her many years as a certified gemologist that she knows what she is doing. We will always use this store for all our jewelry and antiques needs in the future. They also have some of the finest pearls and pearl necklaces I have ever seen in all my world travels. I cannot recommend this place enough thanks...
