I changed all 4 tires on my car here. I ordered tires online and they were delivered within even 12 hours. However, scheduling for installation was a challenge. The earliest available time slot was 2 weeks later, which was unreasonable. Reaching them on the phone was a nightmare. It's an endless loop of getting tossed around back & forth in their ARS system. I was lucky to finally get connected to an actual person who was able to find an earlier spot and move up my appointment. The ordeal began on the day of the appointment. I arrived on time, but the wait was almost 3 hours. When they finally got to my car, it took an hour to do the job. By then it was dark, and I couldn't check the details of their finishing. Later, I found in the broad daylight so many deep scoffs & scratches on my aluminum wheels that weren't there before. The hub caps were not even correctly put back on. The hub caps are supposed to immaculately align with the design of the wheel spoke pattern, but now it's completely off. The lack of finesse in finishing details doesn't just stop there. Immediately afterwards, the TPMS light is on which had never appeared before. I never knew there was such an indicator light. I took the car back there, but they just checked the tire pressure and said there was nothing wrong with the air pressure. True that air pressure was normal and may not be the cause, but that means there must be something else in what they did that altered the setting, which triggered the indicator light. Moreover, the steering wheel is now rattling a little at around 50-60 miles, which had never happened with this car. Now, I've been trying to reach them on the phone to address the issue to no avail. As usual, it's almost impossible to get...
Read moreAt the tire center, some employees are incredibly helpful and pleasant to talk to. They are ready to answer questions and assist you. However, there are others who seem to have a rude attitude for no reason. One particular employee stands out for his confrontational behavior, making interactions difficult. He acts as if he owns the place and gets offended easily. It's clear that some employees could benefit from better customer service training. When I asked how long exactly the "couple of hours waiting time" is, they couldn't even give a proper answer, despite working there for probably over 5 years. It's amusing how they still don't know when the job will be done for tire changes. Is it like 2 hours? Or like 3 hours? How long exactly? But no, they don't even care about your waiting time. Too much EGO battling happening obviously with no reason:) just so funny. Additionally, after they serviced my tires, they failed to inform me when they were done, leaving me waiting for almost 3 hours. My appointment was at 11:30 am, but it seems they didn't prioritize it. If you have an appointment, it's best to ensure they complete the job promptly and retrieve your key, as they may not notify you when it's ready. Unfortunately, their communication skills leave much to be desired. I hope GMs will take care of their employees...

Going to address the biggest reason why I'm giving Costco Tire Center a 1 star. I bought tires on the Costco website and brought my car in to have my existing tires replaced. My tires were inflated to 42/41/40/37 psi of pressure. The inside of my door states cold tire pressure should be 32 psi. The sidewall of my tires state the pressure should never exceed 40 psi. See pictures for details. If you read disclaimers from tire companies, it'll state you're at a higher chance of blowouts or could cause the tire to deform if you exceed the pressure on the sidewall of your tire. Everyone check your pressures before driving off!
In addition to this, there is just a lack of detail and attention. When I dropped my car off, I said my wheel lock is in the handle of the driver side door. I get a call an hour after dropping off my car that they can't find my wheel lock. I asked if they could save the best two tires from the same axel and put them in my trunk. Chuck said he would have them bagged and put in the trunk. They did not do that. Lastly, they told me I would get a call when my car was finished but I had to call numerous times until someone finally picked up to tell me my...
