We had terrible experience with Alba Kitchen and would not recommend it to anyone. Stay away from the place to save time money and aggravation. To make a long story short, I ordered kitchen and a few living room cabinets in February of 2021. First issue was that Alba does not provide installation services to the kitchen cabinets they sell, but we decided to move forward with the order. We paid 50% deposit, and also paid extra for an "in house" delivery, which was printed directly on the invoice. upon arrival, delivery people refused to bring the order upstairs, and only after a lengthy conversation with a store manager company did me a huge "favor" and brought it up (for the service they offered and charged to begin with). Actual delivery guys did a good job and earned a good tip. Cabinet specifications are NOT marked on the invoice, and neither cabinets/boxes are marked upon delivery. You need to pay the balance of the invoice upon cabinets delivery, but you have no idea whether you got all items delivered. During the installation it was discovered that two cabinets were of a wrong size, and whole kitchen would not fit into the installation area. Mistake was made during measuring process, and person in charge of the order failed to update the designs, a few parts were also missing, and one cabinet arrived damaged. It took enormous amount of time between calls and emails to resolve the issue. It took about month and a half to get all missing parts and get the kitchen installed. Installation did not go smooth either, recommended installer agreed to one price (in the email, in writing) and then asked for additional $400. Installation itself was below average quality with tons of issues. The final product did not look even close to what is displayed in their showroom. Additionally delays created subsequent delays with countertop/backsplash installation and costed us an extra month in rent. Person in charge of designs did not even apologize for the created issue, and basically said that is happens sometimes and they will deal with it when they get to it, as they are busy with other customers. Essentially, since they already got your money, they are in no rush to fix any issues. Also make a note that they do accept check and credit cards, and if you do end up getting anything there, make sure to use a credit card (even with extra 3% charge), at least that will create some level of protection, as you won't get any funds back if paid via check.
