I placed a large order on New Balance's website (not A Perfect Dealer's), the order arrived missing 5 items; I attempted to call New Balance's customer service, which was closed for the Holidays (I attempted to call on New Year's Eve-Eve mind you - the 30th). The next number I found online was for A Perfect Dealer, I called and the owner picked up; I asked if he could help me with my situation. While the owner couldn't help with my situation (because I hadn't ordered through A Perfect Dealer), he was extremely empathetic to my frustrations, answered all of my questions, told me when I could contact New-Balance directly again, and apologized for New Balance. He could have easily told me that I had to contact New Balance directly, and hung up. I wish I could've returned my entire order and placed it with A Perfect...

I am currently recovering from ankle and fibula surgery. I am now out of an orthopedic boot and can wear shoes. I have a pair of 10 year old New Balance 990GL3 that are in great shape, but wanted another color in the 990 series. While searching online, I loved the look of the 990 Dark Violet Glo, but found out it was discontinued. I luckily came across A Perfect Dealer, a family owned business located in New Jersey. They had the shoe, the size I needed, and accepted online orders. I read all the glowing reviews. I decided to place my order and went with the same size as my current shoe. I was amazed that I received my shoes within 3 days, and I live in Alabama! My shoes fit perfectly. I highly recommend A Perfect Dealer to purchase your next pair of New Balance shoes! Update 2025 I don't know how this store does it. As customer service everywhere is failing, this store seems to raise the bar higher , once again. They really do customize customer service to everybody's needs. Their knowledge is amazing. Their inventory is incredible, especially some shoes and sneakers that have not been sold in a while.
