I don't know what's up with this particular location. They just seem to have consistency problems. For the longest time we'd be getting the French baguettes and it will constantly overcooked and burnt on the bottom. Also they have an app that you can what do you and pay for your items and just drive through and pick them up but they constantly run out of stuff. I don't mind them running out of things that happened with a subject to his them not updating the app like they're supposed to so you cannot order stuff they do not have.
A perfect example of this happened yesterday. I got some kind of a thanks for being a good customer reward, a free pastry. Okay I'm a fan of that pecan rolls so I ordered one use the coupon get up there, get on line, drive around, and them told you I'm sorry we're out of the pecan braids would you like something else? Okay sure let me have a pecan roll. Are we don't sell those anymore. Okay let me have a bear claw. I'll wear out of those too.
Okay the manager was very nice about this and very apologetic and she took my name down and said the next time I came up they would have my free pastry. And to her credit when I called her today she not only recognized me knew my name and said yes we have them I'll have it ready for you when you get here. So I did Altima Lee get the pastry this time but this is an ongoing issue and I seem to only have it with this store the local store doesn't have these issues. And the reason I like Teterboro is because I'm handicapped and I can go through the drive-thru and it's the only Panera around here with a drive-thru.
So the bottom line here is the place has been open more than 2 years now and any Growing Pains they were having should have been long ago taken care of.

Read moreHaving liked them & supported them ALOT thru the Pandemic, I have tried again. In the last 4 orders 1 was right. Today I ordered souffle WITH untensils. I didn't get them. I did get a soft tongue lashing from the drivethru employee because even tho I clicked drivethru it went as cafe p/u. I'm handicapped. I can't do cafe p/u. How does someone eat souffle by hand w/o utensils. Napkins smell like mold or mildew. Such a shame that a formerly great place has gone down so much.
This place used to be great; even the 1st 2 mos of pandemic. Today's order is the 7th one they screwed up. Placed online order at 8:20 & when I got here for my 10:15 pickup they never reserved my item. In past 3.5 wks they: gave me turkey avocado instead of turkey bravo; squished a tuna sandwich when they wrapped it pushing tuna out of bread all over the paper & tomatoes slid out; ordered chix noodle soup, got broccoli cheddar, TWICE I ordered half strawberry poppyseed salad WITHOUT chix (knowing Id still have to pay for it, but the chix bothers me) and both times it HAD CHIX which was in tiny pieces, so it stuck to lettuce & threw alot of salad out. Once I ordered the FULL salad w chix exactly as it comes for someone else. Got only half salad. NOT A PLACE TO COME IF YOU "EXPECT" TO GET WHAT YOU ORDERED. SO SAD AS IT USED...
Read moreAwful customer service. I couldn’t believe the reviews of people complaining until it happened to me. I am a regular customer and went through the drive thru and ordered a whole ceasar salad with chicken. I get home, put on the dressing take a bite and notice ALL the lettuce was limp, brown and FROZEN. It could not be more obvious that it was made a while ago and stuffed in the freezer. I tasted the ice in the lettuce. I went back and told the cashier lady. I told her what was wrong and she acted as if I was crazy and handed it over to the manager. I told him it was freezing and brown he then looks at it and says “it’s not freezing it’s cold and kept in a 30° Fridge.” As if I didn’t taste the frozen lettuce and his statistics were gonna change my mind. I was now annoyed by his rude comment. He goes, makes me a new one which just completely annoyed me even more. This salad was HALF full (I assume it’s either because he was annoyed or because I had eaten a few bites from the other salad.) it was definitely not what I was paying for.
