The church is a nice historical spot and has some trails leading into a grassy hillside. The building is nice but the surroundings looks like an open space in a neighborhood.
One of the trails leads up to what looks like a fire road that is flat and good for an easy stroll. Dogs are allowed off leash if well behaved.
All the beautiful photos others posted are taken from the top of a hill that is best accessed from the other side of the park. You have to walk up steep, rocky, and unofficial trails to get there from here. It's actually causing some erosion in some parts. So please use a different path to reach the top to preserve the Preserve.
