Where do I start. The restroom, fresh off of knee therapy, visiting the area & we decided to pop in to grab a bite to eat party of 7.
I had to use the restroom, which is upstairs great if I didn't have knee issues and can't do stairs...but why do I need to climb the stairs the restaurant have a elevator. OUT OF SERVICE!
Now I climb up the stairs. Now I have to hobble down the stairs. Greeted by who appears to be the manager, that apologize but in the same breath tells me there's a restroom outside around the corner or I can use the restroom in a cafe.
Food was great! The waitress Michaela was phenomenal.
The long Island ice tea's taste like juice, however no big deal, a statement was made to the server. Ordered another long Island but asked if it can be made stronger...
Drink returned and it was way better than the first. My other guest who also had a long Island ice tea decided that he wanted to change to a Corona, fine life goes on.
Here comes that manager again. "Well if you didn't like the drink you should send it back"
Ma'am it's fine, we drank the drink ordered a different drink the second long Island came back better and stronger, it's fine!
That manager again: "Well next time send it back if you don't like something you send it back, don't drink it all just send it back. When I don't like something I send it back"
Sadly enough I'm staying in the hotel next door I have to entertain more guest, but she left a bad vibe and I wasn't pleased..if I order anything while I'm here it will be a to go order.

Read moreThe best calamari we have ever had in our lives. It was lightly dusted and fried but not greasy or oily. It was the perfect tenderness and texture. It reminded me of fritto misto in Vernazza, Italy. We also ordered the focaccia, which was served with arbequina olive oil. The focaccia was light and fluffy and just right for dipping in our entrees.
I had the spinach gnocchi with Kalamata olives, capers and shaved parm. My boyfriend had the eight hour beef ragù. Both dishes were outstanding. We had stellar service in the main dining room.
Our server heard us casually mention it was our anniversary when we first sat down. When we ordered gelato, he brought it out with a candle and wished us a happy anniversary.
We highly recommend this restaurant and, despite living two hours away, we will be back as often as we can. It was a special experience and we really appreciate their...
Read moreI’m just going to bullet point this because there were so many cons to this restaurant experience. As a chef and event planner, I was disappointed that a place with so much potential could do so bad.
-Hostess was short and not helpful
-We were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. We waited 45.
-Our server was on downers, very obviously. Could barely speak.
-Not a single staff member smiled
-Our server then disappeared and multiple kitchen staff and hostess were taking care of us, but never once were we filled in with that our server was no longer coming back.
-We ordered Agnolotti, received lobster ravioli instead. Never was mentioned to us that pasta style was switched. Litterally ordered the dish for the pasta style. And the...
