LBI HotSpring Spas — Attraction in Toms River

Best hot tub dealer that we’ve ever worked with. We purchased our 3rd Hotsprings hot tub from LBI Hotsprings (this is the 2nd spa that we bought from LBI Hotsprings) last year and are very satisfied with the tub and equally important, the dealer. We’ve been in many tubs - the Hostprings is by far the best in quality, the motomassage is unmatched by anything we’ve seen from other manufacturers, and the maintenance is very easy. Catherine was very helpful and informative as we decided which tub to buy, explaining the details of the salt water system which has been fantastic. The team that installed the tub were excellent, very careful with the installation, knowledgeable in setup, and thorough with orientation. The initial launch of the system required some chemical management, however, the last 4 months have literally required zero maintenance. Whenever I have a question, Catherine is always very responsive, and will even send a tech to check the tub to make sure things are working properly. We bought our first tub from them in 2006, and Jack and his team were fantastic then, helping us after Superstorm Sandy with damage caused by the storm. Overall great hot tub service company and...

Why 5 stars? They explained that not all hot tubs are made of the same material. I live on the water. They told me the composite frame would last longer. It has ozone cleaning, not chlorine, bromine, or salt water. I learned a lot. They also have tubs with water in the showroom so I could try each of the jets and make an educated decision about what design I wanted. They made it easy to go down the list of each one and come to a specific conclusion on which model I wanted. They came and installed it. While bringing it into my backyard, they broke part of the fence. So, when the worst thing you can say is it took a little bit for them to replace the plastic cap on my fence, they get five stars. All of the things that mattered, they educated me on. They spent time explaining how to care for the system. I’m heading to get into it now. I’m using it almost on a daily basis. Excellent EXCELLENT service and support! My wife and I have used LBI Hot Springs in Toms River now for so many years for repairs, cover replacements, maintenance, etc. In particular, their serviceman Zack is just fantastic!!! Very kind and amiable, extremely helpful, timely, efficient, THOROUGH! He comes on a moment's notice, most recently when the entire tub was shut down and fixed in mere minutes, with parts ready on the truck after instant diagnosis. I am so impressed every time Zack comes out and so absolutely thankful to have him taking care of the hot tub needs. He even endures all my extensive questions, lol, gives quality care and maintenance advice, and has no problem staying as long as need be to make sure we are happy with the work. And it is excellent every time. THANKS ZACK AND LBI HOT SPRINGS!!! Also got me my new hot tub cover MONTHS ahead of schedule, very unexpected, much appreciated!!! We are back up and running again...
