During the week my Elderly Father and I usually go to Wendy’s for his daily chilli . This week we were in the area and decided to stop by the route 37 Burger King as we had to stop at the Shop Rite . We drove through the drive thru and immediately were impressed with the cleanliness of this Burger King . The floors looked clean ( from what we would see in the inside ) and employees were hard at work . As a former fast food district manager I notice mess as soon as I see one . My father and I were greeted my a worker who asked us how our day was , and greeted us with a smile . This day in age , many of the fast food workers seem to be miserable and unfriendly at the drive thru window . As a district manager that was one of the points I made to my employees was to “ great everyone as if you are family “. As my father and I received our meal we asked the woman what her name was . She replied her name was Amy and I thanked her for her kindness and the positive interaction we had .The new wraps from Burger King were incredibly fresh , with vibrant flavor and tender chicken . My father and I will no longer be going to Wendy’s from here on out . We will be going to Burger King because of this positive experience with both the food and the employees . Thank you for running a clean , friendly , vibrant...
Read morevery unprofessional. manager (francisco) decided to call the police on me & my three friends who I was sitting in the back of the dining room with. we were sitting there quietly not causing any distractions or anything. two of them had purchased food earlier and we were all just sitting there to hang out in a place that was warm. mind you there was also a homeless man sitting in there for HOURS who did not buy anything well, the police arrived and said that Francisco had stated we were “smoking in the bathrooms & causing trouble” meanwhile, this manager had not mentioned ANYTHING to us. it’s first response was to call the police. now, I don’t know about anyone else, but I am pretty sure the Toms River Police Department has more important things to attend to on a Friday evening then to respond to a burger king to ask four people to leave - which could have been EASILY DONE by the manager himself. Burger King should be more aware of who they place in positions of authority. calling the police for a situation like I stated above is a waste of the police departments time & should be seen as a false accusation - especially since the manager did not even attempt to ask us to leave on his own (which we would have done if...
Read moreI go to this burger king quite often. They don't close until midnight, I usually show up around 1045/1100 pm. I've noticed that whenever the male manager is on he will not answer his headset. Most times you can see it on the counter when you pull around the window. I've sat there for 10 minutes before thinking maybe he was in the restroom or his headset was dead and he is changing the battery. This is not the case as he does this every time he is on. I went tonight and ordered chicken fries. He wasn't even going to answer his head set but I beeped my horn and I'm sure it's kind of hard to ignore that. Anyways, when I got my chicken fries they were rubbery and dry. You can tell he had just shoved already old chicken fries in the microwave. If the lady manager is on evening shift is on though its always a delightful and quick...
