Would highly recommend Eternal Hair! I had a phenomenal experience. I arrived at 6:30 on the scheduled day of transplant. From there I was welcomed by MA Yasmin who made me feel at ease. I was pretty nervous as the largest surgery I’ve ever had was my wisdom teeth pulled. She began by making first hair wash appointment 3 days after surgery, then scan removal appointment a week later and the PRP appointment 30 days later. Then she set me up the menu to decide what I wanted for lunch and walked me back to a room with soft music and reclining chairs. She was explaining how the morning was going to proceed and set me up with my garment shirt. From there I went into the bathroom to change into the shirt provided by them (half gown) and store my belongings in the locker and lock provided. Once changed I stepped out and went into the next room where I met PA-C Rachel. She was extremely professional and began the process of asking what did I want to focus on with my grafts. I chose the 3k amount of grafts. I informed her I wanted to moreless fill in the existing hair on top and bring back my hairline in the front. I had pictures from 15 years prior for examples. She stencils on with a kids marker in case you want to make changes. Once you agree, she then takes the purple permanent marker to draw on your head. From there you move onto the barber room where Yasmin took care of shaving my head down. First thing you do is take the necessary meds for that day which is where my high nerves subsided after taking a Xanax. I had many greys which required dying so the follicles could be easily visible for the team. Yasmin then washes the dye out. From there I went to the room where I met the rest of the team, MA Kenny and MA Mouna. They begin by having you lay face down. Essentially a massage table where your head is in the donut. I’m very comfortable sleeping on my stomach so that was not an issue. Rachel was very great at explaining every detail and what she was doing. Told me if I needed to use the restroom to just give a 10 minute notice. It was time to begin and I loved how Rachel was very honest letting me know, this is the part where you’re going to feel some pain. Which is the injections of the anesthesia into your head. To be honest, it was not near as bad as I was expecting. You feel the needle and then the sting of the anesthesia as it’s entering. I also loved how she was warning me prior to getting to a more sensitive area such as closer to you ears where there is more nerves. All in all, there was really only 60 seconds of pain for me in the entire process. The first 30 seconds where they are extracting the follicles and then the first 30 seconds where they are injecting the follicles. Once you get the first wave of injections of anesthesia, the remaining ones were not felt because the initial injections were already taking affect. While they were extracting the follicles, you honestly don’t feel anything. Kenny was playing some great tunes on Alexa. I had to get up to use the bathrooms 2 times which Rachel setup the wave of anesthesia prior to me going to the bathroom to ensure I was still numb when I came back. About 2 hours went by in a blink of an eye and then it was time to eat lunch. You go back in the initial room with the reclining chairs where I met up with another patient who was getting a hair transplant as well. He also had great things to say about his experience so far. After lunch I went to use the restroom one more time prior to going back into the room for the injections. This time your laying face up and on an incline. When I entered back in, Kenny was already wielding the remote and was getting ready to turn the tv for me. We came to the conclusion we wanted to watch some standups. When they are doing the injections, you get an IV with fluid for this process. Again, there was 30 seconds of stinging pain of the initial injection of anesthesia and from there on out it was only laughs. 10/10 for this team! Thank you Rachel, Yasmin,...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a med spa.
I purchased two separate Groupons for PDO thread lifts — one for a small area (around the eyes) and one for a medium area (lower face). Everything listed in the Groupon described these services as thread lifts designed to lift areas like the face, eyebrows, and more.
Prior to booking, I called the spa to confirm availability and mentioned I was also interested in Botox. They offered me a consultation but insisted it had to be done in person, despite me explaining I would be driving nearly 4 hours to get there.
Upon arrival (about 8 minutes late due to GPS delays — which I called ahead about), I was greeted by front desk staff who were more engaged in their own conversations than providing customer service. The consultation was extremely disappointing and frankly, unprofessional. The “manager” told me I didn’t need a lift because I was already pretty — while I appreciate the compliment, that completely dismisses my personal reasons for seeking treatment.
She went on to say that the Groupon I purchased was not actually for lifting threads but for threads that only fill fine lines — despite the clear description on Groupon stating otherwise. She then tried to upsell me on the “actual” lifting threads at $300 per thread, claiming I would need at least 3 threads on each side of my eyes and 4-5 on each side of my lower face — totaling thousands of dollars.
This bait-and-switch tactic was disheartening, especially knowing that Groupon is often used by customers looking for budget-friendly options. I explained I wasn’t looking to spend more than an additional $400 (which I had intended for Botox), but there was absolutely no willingness to work with me or honor the services advertised.
After trying to reason with them (having just driven almost 4 hours), I left feeling completely disrespected and upset. I called back hoping to speak with a manager — only to learn the rude consultant I had spoken with was the manager. She begrudgingly offered to place two threads on each side of my eyes, despite previously saying that wouldn’t produce any results.
Still hopeful, I returned — only for the nurse injector to immediately shut it down, saying she wouldn’t “waste product” because two threads would do nothing. She also stated they didn’t even have the threads available. The attitude and condescension were unbearable.
To top it off, when I asked to speak to a doctor (which the nurse sarcastically offered), she scoffed and told me he wouldn’t deal with such a “petty $200 procedure” since it’s a hair transplant clinic.
I left the clinic feeling discouraged, disrespected, and absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism, compassion, and integrity. This place is money-hungry, dismissive, and shows no empathy for customers — especially those opening up about insecurities and trusting them with their care.
I would not recommend this med spa to anyone — not even my worst enemy.
Stay far away.

To make matters even worse, during the visit, the nurse blatantly admitted that the Groupon advertisement was falsely advertised by their marketing team. She told me directly that the threads I purchased were not actually for lifting — even though the Groupon listing clearly stated areas like the eyebrows, face, and more could be lifted. Instead of taking accountability or honoring what was advertised, she dismissed it entirely and placed the blame on their marketing team — as if that excused the deception.
What’s even more disturbing is that after my visit — despite this clear admission — the Groupon deal is still active and available for purchase, continuing to mislead other customers just like me. This shows a complete lack of integrity and concern for customer trust. Rather than correcting their mistake or making things right, they would rather deny responsibility and continue the false...

Rachel and her medical team delivered a superb experience for my recent Hair transplant procedure and Omar did an amazing job making me feel comfortable from the initial consultation process to procedure day.
Read below for details👍🏻
I’m not usually big on writing reviews, unless I have an extraordinary experience somewhere. Well, it's time to get writing because I just had one.
I want to provide as many details as possible with the hopes of helping someone in a similar situation to me, who had extreme reservations about undergoing this type of hair transplant procedure in general.
I’m a 34 year old male who has been self conscious about my hair loss for the last 2 to 3 years. My Hairline is receding as well as significant loss in the crown area. Recently, I started wearing a hat almost everywhere I go. I hate wearing the hat, but i also hate to attempt to style my thinning and non full head of hair. Throughout my research journey, I was considering traveling as far as Turkey for a hair procedure, until I heard about Eternal Hair in NJ.
Step 1 in the process was a consultation 4 months ago with Omar, who did an excellent job presenting Eternal Hair's specialized DHI FUE techniques and explaining the logistics of the hair transplant process and recovery timeline. He himself had a transplant at Eternal 2 years ago ( he looks great now, full head of hair ) and was really able to identify with my concerns which were my hairline and crown area. It was clear from the jump that he was fully transparent and had a genuine interest in me attaining great results there. Also, the facility is new and clean, with an extremely friendly staff. The staff all seem happy to be there, kudos to the hiring manager.
Step 2 was procedure day last week, and I was extremely nervous as I’ve never done anything like this. The medical team that was assigned to me was 10/10, and really put me at ease. Rowell was my first contact in the morning, and did an excellent job explaining how the day would unfold. Basically the first half would be taking the hairs out from the donor area in the back of my head, then lunch, and then the second half of the day is implanting the hairs from the donor area to the areas affected by hair loss on top. I had 3800 grafts done, which was originally supposed to be 3000 but they were able to grab more grafts from my strong donor area. They were able to cover my areas of concern plus had a few suggestions to hit some other areas which I took them up on.
Rachel was the lead doctor who did the physical DHI FUE work on my scalp. She was extremely impressive from the first moment we interacted when she was helping me design my ideal hairline pre procedure all the way to the last graft she implanted. Her expert procedural skills, precise knowledge of after care instructions, and bedside manner skills were excellent. She was able to answer every question I had in detail, and was extremely personable. I felt super confident in her hands as it was apparent that she was very well trained, very experienced, and was extremely scientific and analytical concerning her job and the large responsibility she faced leading such a detailed procedure.
Rowell, Kenny, and Virgilio all helped make my experience very comfortable throughout the procedure and worked seamlessly with Rachel to get the procedure done as efficiently and painless as possible. Kudos to Kenny for supplying superb and obscure relaxing music picks throughout the entire day.
The 4 of them all had great personalities and worked very well together, which helped keep me at ease as the patient. I'm just starting my recovery phase, but am very confident I am in good hands concerning the Eternal Hair organization. I highly recommend...
