I bought a new liner from Monarch and had them install it. When they re-installed the light into the niche, the installer broke a bracket off of the housing and niche and I was unable to remove the housing to replace the bulb. Once they had come back out to make the repair (which was somewhat difficult to get them to agree to), the installer who originally broke the light ârepaired itâ but left a major hole in the niche. I noticed my pool water was dropping about 1inch per day. Not to mention, a day after they âfixedâ the light, it kept tripping the breaker due to water infiltration. I noticed water inside of the light it was full of water. I hired a pool diver to come out and he found the unsealed hole, which he repaired.

They installed a second liner and it floats immediately. They come back and reset the liner. It happens again right away. They tried to claim its rain run off and I have to pay them to come back. I called in and paid another company to reset the liner. Only to find out they covered on of the returns with the new liner. So basically I was pumping the pool water behind the liner

The guy Dave at the Hot Tub section basically told me and my son to go "f" ourselves for bothering him with a simple question. Isn't someone that works in a retail store and when a customer is directed to specifically, supposed to answer questions? I am not one for posting, however, I felt it was necessary to let others know this.
