My daughter and I visited on Saturday and it wasn’t crowded. You can buy tickets but I had a pass from the library. My first impression was not great as I expected the two story building to have note to explore, but only one floor was accessible. However, my 4 year old loved the signal area where they could send messages. There was a crafts area with all the necessary supplies like glue and tape, and books available. My daughter also had her first VR experience and there was a green screen for taking photos with fun backgrounds. You can send those pics to your own phones for free.
