Live local theatre done right! I have NEVER been disappointed with my experience at Theatre Three! I have been seeing shows since childhood there and it's only gotten better and better as the years have passed. I was part of adult acting workshops there in the late nineties and early 2000's as well. Top notch experiences that way too! The children's theatre is fantastic and the main and second stage performers are skilled, enthusiastic, and entertaining! Jeff Sanzel runs an amazing theatrical operation and everything under his direction and all those responsible for bringing the show, the technical crew, stage management, direction, backstage crew, to all of the volunteers and staff make this a must see if you haven't had the experience yet! 5+...
Read moreMy first visit to Theater Three was a superb experience with the glorious musical, Bridges of Madison County, I'd seen on Broadway with Kelli O'Hara. Artistic Director Jeffrey Sanzel's production is exquisite; of remarkable, equal quality to Broadway but with better staging. Fabulous leads and an entire cast of equals in a fluid production with first rate orchestra. "Bridges" in this team's hands and Jason Brown's BRILLIANT score and lyrics, reaches a pinnacle of passion in acting and magnificent vocal renditions of all the cast. This is a goose-bump inducing score, orchestration, and lyrics for any romantic man or woman to rush in now! The staging and story-telling are strong; the result is musical and romantic...
Read moreTheater Three is such a wonderful place to visit. I love that it's a local theater and convenient to get to. I've taken my little cousin here as this was his first time going to a theater to see a Broadway- like play. He really enjoyed. I have been there 3 times. I have seen Peter Rabbit, Barnaby Saves Christmas twice. Each time the performers were so engaged and interacted with the audience. I also love how at the end of the show the performers take a photo with you. The only thing I would suggest is to create more restrooms for the guests. It can become an inconvenience, especially with small children. Overall, I truly enjoy Theater Three and plan to visit again...
