ONLINE BUYER, BEWARE! Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from Lavender Fields online. I ordered a Pidgeon & Poodle Adana Soap Pump and a Brush Holder on January 4th, 2025 from Lavender Fields. After a long wait and several of my unreturned calls, texts and emails later, I finally received part of my order (the soap pump) on March 7th. I was told the brush holder would ship separately. When I did not hear anything from Lavender Fields for months, I finally emailed on May 27th and did not hear back until June 3rd after I left voicemail, texts and multiple emails stating that I was opening a dispute of the charge with AMEX. When I asked for my order to be cancelled and my unfulfilled part of the order refunded, someone (no name included) from LF wrote, "I will go ahead and cancel your order. Our apologies." They also texted that they would cancel my order. Accepted business practice would be to cancel and refund. However, Lavender Fields did not refund my money and somehow, as of July 3rd, convinced AMEX they had shipped my item, so my dispute was closed and I was charged for items I never received and never will. I had asked for a CANCELLATION and Lavender Fields acknowledged this. I have not received the brush holder and should not, because Lavender Fields should have cancelled my order. I had to re-open my dispute to get my money back. There are other incidents of bad faith business dealings on the part of Lavender Fields as recorded in various reviews online, including Google and Yelp; I am only sorry I did not see them before ordering. If you ever have a problem, good luck getting any response from customer service: they especially NEVER answer their phone. BOTTOM LINE: Their name name may be cute, but their online business...
Read moreI recommend that the proprietor Lori stick to her brick and mortar business; internet sales is clearly not her thing -- because it involves actually delivering the merch to the customer after you swipe their credit card! I ordered an expensive desk in September which was advertised on Lori's website "Lavender Fields" as available for immediate shipping. The following day, Lori emailed me to advise that the desk would not be delivered until October, and confirmed I still wanted the desk. I agreed to an October delivery (versus immediate shipping, as advertised). I never received my desk and never received any contact FROM Lori. When I contacted her in November, she complained about how busy she was and, you know, COVID-19. I reminded Lori that COVID-19 was not new and she swiped my credit card in September. I reminded Lori that she is responsible to actually give me the merchandise I purchased. In December, I inquired again. Lori gave me a phone number to Deliveright, who today gave me a phone number to a "delivery partner" As of this writing, still no desk... I guess Lori enlists her customers to hunt down their own purchases. BEWARE!!!!

On 1/27 someone responded that my order would ship out soon.
