Sweet Frog — Attraction in Town of Camillus

Would give no stars if I could. My niece has had two bad experiences here when she was with her friends, it was by the same employee. She has red hair and was working tonight(march 29th 2023). Tonight my niece went in with her friend at around 8:00, the employee was not there to greet them by the register and came out from the back and said "I have to close early" as they were looking at a flavor to pick. The store closes at 9. I understand that things like this happen, but I feel as if this employee may do this often. The other time my niece came in around 8:45 with her friend, the same employee was working. She was removing the spoons from the toppings as the girls put them on their yogurt! I feel that is rude and she should have waited until everyone left since they closed in 15 minutes. You typically do this after the store is closed anyways! She never says hi just turns around her iPad with the tip option. I would rather tip someone who has respect!!! My little niece would never say a thing- so someone has to say something. This location is really cute and spacious. We brought our daughter in and no one was behind the counter. We were almost finished putting our toppings on before anyone came out. They didn’t say hi, didn’t ask if we needed help, just silence besides telling us our total. After we cashed out the person disappeared again (maybe they had work in the back, I don’t know). But when they came back up front they were on their phone until we left. They were scrolling while more customers came in, walking around while scrolling, just didn’t put their phone down for the rest of the time we were in the shop. My brother and I just went to this sweet frog. My brother is anaphylactic to peanuts and they had the wrong yogurt label on the peanut butter yogurt (they labeled it as cookies and cream) and my brother went to take a bite out of his bowl bc it was a weird color and he realized it was peanut butter flavored. He is now on his way to the ER because of this mindless mistake. You cannot say you are an allergen safe establishment and let this happen. I spoke to a staff but had to rush out of the store to get my brother home because we wanted to get back to my parents.
