Personally, this was my first time going to this hotel. My family, on the other hand, has been to this establishment on multiple occasions. It was renovated and has a new modern look to it. The room was clean and tidy. They did cement over the hot tub, which was something that my family sold me on and needless to say I was looking forward to. It made me sad that there was no hot tub, and the only thing available was the pool, which was in a temperature control room, but the pool was cold. It would have been great if it had been heated. Now they offer breakfast in the morning with your stay. I enjoyed the printed pancake machine and the sausage, but the eggs were horrible. They are and taste like powdered eggs and had that water down taste to it even with you adding salt to it for taste, and it didn't help much at all. The cinnamon roll was pretty good with some coffee. They also had cereal, yogurt, and fruits. So overall, the stay was pretty good. The breakfast is not all that great, but at least it's a full breakfast and not a continental breakfast, so there is that. The room, like I said, was clean and tidy.

Quite ok place to stay if going to the nearby attractions (eg Legoland). It is perfectly located both near there and next to a shopping area with supermarkets and food stops. The hotel itself looks fine; it has room cleaning only on select days, which is actually not much of a problem. Breakfast was strange: the first day there was barely anything available, whereas the second day it was significantly more stocked, which made us feel we didn’t really get our money’s worth the first day

I wish I looked at the pool before walking into this place. There I was thinking I’d have a nice quiet night swim alone when I was punched in the face by a suspicious odor. The pool was absolutely horrible. Take a look at my video. The fact that you can’t see the bottom of a 4ft pool indoors is insane! Otherwise, breakfast is reasonable and rooms do the job. Nice comfy beds and cable worked. Aside from the convenient location to Warwick and nearby attractions, I would not visit again.
