The LEGO® Store Palisades Center — Attraction in Town of Clarkstown

Amazing Lego store, even among other high quality Lego stores in the Tri State area! Richelle, Matt O., Kenneth, and Joe are all super friendly and knowledgeable about Lego sets. It's obvious these staff members are passionate about Lego and this job. This store is also among the larger ones in this region, it sounded like, where more of the highly sought after sets are actually in stock during a double VIP point weekend, including all the current Ultimate Collector Series Star Wars sets, the Titanic, Home Alone, Ghostbusters Ecto 1, the Formula 1 race car, and many, many more. Highly recommend this incredible Lego store to Lego fans of all ages and tastes! This mall is also very cool, with an indoor ferris wheel and an indoor 4-story...

I just wanted to say how AMAZING this Lego store is. I live about an hour away so this isn’t my usual or closest Lego store so it was actually my first time visiting. Liam and another employee (can’t remember his name) were very welcoming and knowledgeable! They greeted us as soon as we entered the store and recommended so many sets to us. Even showed us the digital builds of most sets. The manager Duane was also super nice to me and my family. As we walked out of the store my son said to me it’s his favorite Lego store because everyone was “so cool” and immediately asked when can we come back. Thank you to everyone at this store that made our day a little extra special- YOU ARE AWESOME. Will definitely be traveling back to this...

Staff is beyond rude. Yelled at my 3yo and then at me because her mask was a tad under her nose. Next day they had a line, limiting capacity to 28 people even though COVID capacity limits in NY were lifted over a year ago. Beyond stupid. They forget that this is a children’s store and kids come in to have fun, not to be mask policed and yelled at by underpaid workers out in a power trip. Won’t be back here again.
