Called the store after doing some shopping online for a certain pair of shoes... Almost bought a pair somewhere else and decided.I would look for this certain brand and it showed that cole's may or may not have the brand it did not distinguish the difference between online and in store when I looked it up.So I gave them a call .The first time I called it connected me to sephora and then had some kind of odd message and hung up on me. I called back again and hit the shoe department # .And when I inquired about whether or not they had two different styles of a certain brand of shoe, the man said he "didn't work.In the shoe department, he wasn't familiar with it.And he needed the skew #" I told him I didn't have the information, but that he could simply go over to that area.Look at the shoes and read the box to see if he had that style . he told me he couldn't do that because there were hundreds of shoes period well.I happened to know that kohl's does not have hundreds of clark style shoes, lol, even online, they don't offer that many.I then asked to talk to a manager and was on hold 44 straight minutes.Polls will not be getting my business.Anytime soon. I shopped the Sephora 50% off sale for foundation, and I purchased a couple silicone ice trays that work fantastically. I got free shipping, but one item I went to store to pick up, because they offered me $5 kohls cash to pick up. Pickup is so easy, you don’t even need to deal with anyone, they give you the cubby number, you grab your bagged item, click you’ve successfully got it and you’re free to go. This trip I shopped clearance, found a couple really super nice items for a steal… and was able to use my $5 kohls cash on top of the great savings.
