We had several go around a with them over this on our eldest two children's instruments. After threatening litigation they relented. That was six months or more ago.

Fast forward and our youngest is starting instrument lessons. Begrudgingly we signed up and then received a letter that they refused to do business with us.

I cannot say how much I appreciate this store! My son was getting ready for his orchestra concert and practicing his pieces at home right before. Suddenly I hear a scream as his cello string had just broken one hour before the concert. We rush to the store and get there 5 minutes after close. We catch the gentleman as he is getting in his car.
