Target — Attraction in Town of Colonie

I had recently gone to this Target to help my cousin find something to wear for a party she was attending. The store and woman’s section was such a disorganized mess that it was very difficult to find what we were looking for. And when it came time to try on what we did end up finding, we found several employees hanging out at the dressing room counter. When my cousin asked if she could try something on, the attitude that was given to her was unbelievable. They treated my cousin as though she was incompetent. I could not believe the response from the employees and the additude that was given. Now the whole shopping trip was already beyond frustrating and then to have this happen on top of it was unbelievable. If we were not in a rush, as the party was only about 2 hours away with a 25 minute ride home I would have spoken to a manager right then and there. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Target and like most women... I love Target..... just not...

Just a few moments ago I checked out in self checkout. I didn't want to use it since I knew I had about 16 items. However, the only belted register line was long. They finally opened register 2, but the black, African, or Caribbean lady on self check out sent her line to that register. Since the self check out line was literally being routed to a belted register, I decided to go to self check out. She approached me saying its ten items or less. I handed her my towels out my cart, because I could easily make my cart smaller. She watched me check out the majority of the time. I had 14 items and I put back more stuff to please her. I just couldn't believe the customer service.

I just would have seen better customer service.

You have lines backing up and you refuse to let someone self check out. Let alone put items back just to use the...

Been using Enfamil coupons. Most of the times cashier has no idea how to process them because they go in as rebate checks. That's fine, call a person over and get it done. Half the time reader doesn't read these or they don't know how to put in through the reader. But still they accept it. Used it last week and the cashier got it processed first time and paid attention to what he did. Used it Today and they can't get it to read so they hand it back and deny it. Told the person you were doing it upside down, they said we tried it every way and it won't take it so no we don't accept this......... Won't be shopping here since I have no idea if they can process a 5 dollar coupon when I am spending 100+ every week on formula/diapers and the rest of groceries since I only want to stop...
