It's been 3 weeks since I get my eyebrows threaded and I thought I'll get over my last experience with Simi. However, whenever I look at my eyebrows I get upset and I have to put 20 minutes or more into them everyday which wastes my time. Not what I wanted. Now, I've known Simi when she started her salon and I've seen her grow. I always recommend her to my family and friends. Now I won't. My last experience with Simi was terrible. She was upset that I booked a appointment online for threading. She was calling me out in front her customers and she's telling me she's always busy; rude. If you didn't want me do online booking for eyebrows then why provide that choice? However, I apologized said I didn't know I wasn't suppose too. Oh and she first cancels it too instead she could have called me on the number I proivded on her website and told me that nicely. Now it gets better, she then did my eyebrows in a rush because she had other "important" customers she then complains to me how she didn't get to sit, well that's not my fault, she should hire more people. She then ended up ruining my eyebrows, she made them so thin and both of them are uneven. Like if she didn't want to do my eyebrows, she should have just told me. She did the complete opposite of what I said and I told her that's not what I said I wanted, she goes, "oh you didn't have growth and that's how your eyebrows are." I've been growing them and they were thick, she couldn't take accountability for her mistake. She then left in rush didn't say anything and usually before I see her she greets me and says goodbye whenever I leave, this time she didn't. Therefore, I don't recommend...
Read moreFirst of all, this is a threading place billing itself as a full service salon. When I saw how few hair color choices they had, I should have run but I actually thought to myself "They're professionals, they must know what they're doing." I was wrong on both counts. The root touch up they did came out 2 shades lighter than the rest of my hair. I knew in my gut they were using the wrong developer but I kept my mouth shut. When I pointed out the difference in color to the owner she came up with every excuse under the sun as to why it looked that way then asked me to come back Tuesday (today is Saturday) to get it fixed because & I quote "We close at 7." Really? Even when you've given somebody two toned hair? And the trim was literally worse than if I'd had my husband do it with a Flowbee. Then the owner gets irate with me for not wanting to pay for the color & says like a woman posessed "We don't want your money. I knew you were like this the minute I saw you!" I tried to tip the stylist & she wouldn't let me. The absolute worst. You're better off going to trainees at a beauty school....
Read morePlease don't go there to do your hair. They absolutely do not know how to do hair. They will mess your hair up. They are not professionals with hair. Pay more money and go somewhere else. My hair looks horrible! I don't understand how these people are still in business. I asked for balayage and honestly I don't even think they knew what that was but they said they did. There was another comment below about this. That was my exact experience. Told me they were closing and had to come back Tuesday to fix it but just made it worst than before. Unbelievable! I had to go to another salon the following week to fix my hair. They literally had a heart attack when they saw how bad my hair was. The cut was terrible and was not blended properly. The two sides did not match..one was longer than the other side. My color looked orange and one side went all the way up and the other was really low. So not only did the cut didn't match on each sides and color didn't either. It was soooo uneven. I really don't understand how they call themselves a hair salon. It looked like a 5 year old...
