From the start, I felt overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward, but Franci immediately put me at ease with her energetic and reassuring style. She promised to guide me through the process with no pressure to buy anything—and she truly delivered on that promise. With incredible patience and sensitivity to my indecisiveness, Franci scheduled a series of meetings where she presented different floor plans tailored to the size and shape of my room. She showed me that not everything needs to match and that mixing materials can bring character and flair to a space. After three months of thoughtful discussions and countless phone calls, I absolutely love my new living room layout. I owe it all to Franci—her creativity, enthusiasm, and above all, her patience. The Roslyn Serena & Lily store in Roslyn is so enjoyable to walk through and the sales assistance are wonderful! I had a great expereince with Shawn who assisted me with my driftwood coffee table, carpet and bar cart! The White Glove service men couldn't have been nicer and moved my furniture back to the carpet they delivered. One slight snag, after the delivery men left, I noticed my coffee table had a slight damage at it's base. Pam from the Roslyn location could not have been nicer and super professional. She immediately responded and took care of the issue... they are swapping the tables out in a few weeks. I can't wait...
