I engaged Soleil to build a custom bedframe and outdoor couch roughly a year and a half ago. In short, both items arrived needing extensive repairs and modifications.

For example, the [king-size] bed could be moved around using one finger (will be updating this post soon with a video to demonstrate); I'm not kidding when I say you could use half the parts from an Ikea piece of furniture, and that would have been more stable than what Soleil built for me [for $14k]. When I notified Soleil of the issue, he initially called me a liar. After sending videos of the issue and calling once a week for 6+ months, he finally sent someone out service the monstrosity that he built. However, I quickly realized the person he sent out to service the bed was not actually an employee of his, and he was just a handyman that Soleil found for cheap. This handyman's solution was to apply braces from ACE Hardware to the outsides of the bedframe; luckily, I caught this before the handyman implemented his solution. After a few more months of back-and-forth with Soleil, he finally agreed to send one of his own employees to work on the bed. This person was able to get the bed in a state where it no longer was wobbly.

Fast forward a couple of months, I'm currently having my walls painted, and when we went to move the bed, we realized that Soleil's solution to the wobbly bed was to SCREW THE BED INTO THE HARDWOOD FLOORS (pictures to come soon). I gave Soleil a quick call to notify him of his employee's work/destruction of my floors. Soleil, without missing a beat, started screaming at my contractor and me, calling use liars and saying he will never pick up the phone again. My painting project has turned into replacing the oak floors for my entire bedroom due to Soleil's incompetence.
