I cant say enough good things about Jess and her store .. This past holiday season last minute went in to find a Necklace that our daughter wanted .. Of course Jess had it .. We weren't sure the size would work but Jess assured me if it did not fit she would get me the correct size .. The catch was my daughter was home from Spain and would be going back 3 days after Christmas .. so getting a different size could be challenging in that amount of time .. well of course it did not fit .. I texted Jess on Christmas day that it did not fit and I hope we can get the correct size ASAP.. well she answered me right away (on a holiday no less). The vendor she used was closed the following day .. so that narrowed are time down to two days .. The next day she alerted me that they did indeed have the necklace and that I would have it in time to send my daughter off to Spain with Necklace in tow.. To top it all off she met us the next day when she was really closed to do the exchange .. This was a EXTRODINARY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that will resonate with me for a while.. I knew as soon as I first saw J Gorman Fine Jewelry that I’d love to have a chance to purchase or create a special piece of jewelry here. The owner and gemologist, Jess, has such a timeless and beautiful aesthetic. My husband and I decided to excitedly move through the custom process for a ring that could become an heirloom in our family. Jess was immediately helpful, thoughtful and considerate of what this piece would mean to us. She was so communicative and supportive.

Upon first seeing the completed the ring, it is truly stunning—everything we imagined and hoped for but more. Just incredible and I’m looking forward to wearing it for a lifetime. Jess has artistic vision, creativity, professionalism and genuine care with her pieces. We feel really lucky to have entrusted her in this way. I could go on and on…

On the two year anniversary of the engagement to my wife I realized that I have not written a review of how talented and amazing Jess is, so here it is. The picture within the picture is the “idea” I sent Jess, and that beauty next to it is her creation. The center piece to that ring is my Wife’s late Grandmother’s wedding ring that she refurbished and resized. She then designed the surrounding engagement ring from a mold (second picture) and added hand cut turquoise (which was a feat in itself) to be surrounded by that gorgeous bling (26 brilliant cut diamonds to be exact) and created this one of a kind stacker engagement ring. It is truly 100% one of a kind and that is the work I guarantee you will get with J. Gorman Fine Jewelry. She puts her heart and soul into her work and does not take shortcuts when it comes to getting her art finished. I will forever call her my jeweler and friend.
