Village of Cooperstown — Local services in Town of Otsego

I am writing an overall review of my experience this past weekend when visiting Cooperstown NY. Most of the people in passing did not make me nor my friend feel welcomed.. I parked my black car a few blocks away from the main scenery to then come back to it with marks that were not there on the hood of my car and front windshield. Of course, I will not be able to prove this but I know for a fact, that these marks were not there before. I believe that when it comes to race, people have a right to their opinions but to make a person who isn't the same color as you feel like an outcast is beyond belief...
