Soccer Post Long Island — Attraction in Town of Oyster Bay

Would give zero stars if it was an option. My wife and I placed two orders with Upper back in mid-June 2017 (June 18 and 25), and still have not received the complete order and it is October 16! After three months I would believe that enough time has passed, especially being that both orders were placed before the Upper 90 "Guarantee to have before the start of the season" date (the season is now more than half over). After calling a number of times and being told that I would receive a call back with a date when the order would be complete (no call came) and another conversation where I was promised the order would be complete the following Monday (it wasn't) I am beyond fed up. Now, the "customer service" number goes to voicemail whenever I call. I am sorry that my daughters' teams deal with Upper 90, I am hopeful that they will not in...

First i want to start this off by saying thank you to Joe. after spending 2 days trying to hunt down a pair of cleats Joe made it happen with a few phone calls, so once again thank you Joe.

Aside from the amazing customer service interactions, the space gives a great aura and is kept very clean. The staff greets you with a warm hello upon walking into the store and are beyond helpful when needed. I’ve been to a lot of soccer shops in the tri state area and no one comes close to this Long Island location. A true one stop shop for all your soccer needs. I will most certainly be a returning customer and would recommend this place to absolutely anyone in need of any items soccer related.

Terrible customer service! A bunch of young kids working here that prefer to be on their phones than helping their customers!! Came in with my daughter there was only one other person in the entire store, 4 kids were working and it took forever to get somebody to help me and when someone finally did they dropped the cleats off and left. Needed more help no one to be found when I look all 4 employees are at the front register on their phones!! I decide to leave since no one was helping me on the way out I yell out so you guys rather be on your phones than helping your clients and the Asian employee says “sometimes”!
