Update to review: I ordered a pizza a couple days ago and the quality was better! There are two topping round, large pizzas for $5.99 currently until December 15th when you order from the app and they are custom (meaning you can request more or less sauce or cheese, and choose different toppings on each half of the pizza, etc.) Old review :The pizza could use improvement. Almost every time I have ordered a pizza from this location in the past few years the pizza does not have ample amount of sauce, and has mostly cheese and bread and a little sauce near crust. Unless I order custom pie and ask for extra sauce and request is honored, it doesn't have enough sauce, and dries to cardboard texture after refrigerated. There's no option to customize (ask for extra sauce) for specialty pizza (3 meat, supreme, etc.) selected in app. And, it's always more expensive to order a pizza with a few toppings custom in the app. compared to just selecting a specialty pizza. Unless someone orders a white pizza, cheese bread, or an item without sauce, or specifies no or light sauce... pizza should have sauce. Pizza sauce creates much of the flavor of pizza, and putting ample amount of sauce evenly spread on the pizza creates a much better flavor and texture. Also, when ordering deep dish I have found the same sauce issue and raw dough in the...
Read moreHappy they're back in town! They are craaaazy busy, having just open, so their online ordering systems are down (for now) and it's very hard to place an order over the phone. We decided to go in person to order. There was about a 5 minute wait outside (social distancing measures mean they can't have everyone waiting inside, but they did allow a man with a young child to wait inside out of the cold which i thought was very nice). Once we placed our order we were given a pager so that we could wait in the car for our order to be finished. They are hot n ready, and one of the pizzas we ordered was ready for us immediately, but we had to wait (with our pager) for about 5 minutes until our crazy bread (and second pizza) was ready (and oh was it worth the little wait). I would definitely recommend placing your order in person for the time being until the excitement dies down a bit and business slows down to a "normal" pace. All staff members we interacted with were so kind and courteous. Prices are so reasonable and fair, we walked away with two pizzas, two orders of crazy bread, and extra crazy (marinara) sauce for $19 and change. Incredible! Next time we go, I want to try...
Read moreMy son loved little Caesar when it was in Kmart. He was excited when we found out that it was coming back. Unfortunately the 3 different times I went to order all I had was a disappointment! The first time was I waited for the little buzzer to go off while in the parking lot and the thing never did, and my order was on the counter the whole time. The second time was I got charged $50.05 for a classic cheese, a container of wings, a crazy bread, sauce and ultimate supreme which was only $27.50 + tax. I was charged for another pizza that I didn’t order and didn’t get. I know it’s my fault for not checking but the place was like a zoo that day. The third time was, I placed my order while shopping in the mall to give it time. When I went to pick it up 45 minutes later it wasn’t ready, so I waited some more and it still wasn’t ready so I gave up and went home. The man in charge for the third incident, didn’t seem to care that the order wasn’t ready and he kept telling me they were waiting for one more item for quite some time. The should’ve had ample time for them to get that order done, it wasn’t a busy day like the...
