My sons refurbished Xbox one that I got from GameStop stopped working so I brought it to GameStop in the mall in Plattsburgh. The employee, Patrick, greeted me, listened to my problem and shared that I had unfortunately not purchased the warranty for my sons Xbox and the manufactures warranty had expired. Accepting defeat, I started to pack the Xbox up when Patrick offered to hook the Xbox to their television and see what was wrong. Miraculously, it powered on and functioned without issue. This may seem like an insignificant thing to write a review for but Patrick could’ve just told me no and sorry then sent me on my way but instead he took the few extra minutes to try and give me a little insight on the issue, which, come to find out, isn’t the Xbox but possibly my sons older style television.
