Thank goodness for this studio! I have tried many other workout places on the east end of Long Island but this one in particular is the best. The environment and culture that April and Jeannie have created is what will keep you coming back for more. The results are insanely quick as they maximize your workout in 1 hour sessions. They will provide modifications if your a beginner and challenges if your body wants more. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking to shed the last ten pounds and get toned, or looking to make some major lifestyle changes then April has a plan for you. She focuses not only on a proper exercise regimen but also provides nutritional guidelines and secrets that only a seasoned trainer would know.    Read moreA really great experience that exceeded my expectations. After years of deliberation I finally grew the courage to put my timidity to the side and try this place. Wow! Wish I had done so sooner! Upon arrival the instructor Cindey greeted me with a warm and inviting smile. I knew we were off to a great start. Cindey continuously encouraged me throughout the class. Her positive gentle spirit was nourishing. She carefully challenged the class, which was a mix of all ability levels. I never felt like the "new girl" or the "beginner", Cindey made sure that I fit in. I had a great time in her class (TRX fusion) and will continue to attend her classes. She helped spark my curiosity to try other classes there as well.
