I called this morning to see if I could get a massage today. I have had shoulder pain and my muscles were feeling tight from stress. I can’t sleep well because of the pain and couldn’t lift my arm. I have excellent insurance but I needed one ASAP or I would need to lay down for the rest of the day. I requested deep tissue which is different than regular massage and understandably costs more because it is physically a lot more work for them. I read a previous rating that complained she did not receive the quality of a licensed LMT type of massage. Well I certainly did. Done the way I need for my muscles to get relief it needs to hurt a lot as they manipulate using a lot of pressure. My therapist was able to get my arm up eventually with a full range of motion that I haven’t had in 3 months! I had to let everyone know this because I am going to sleep pain free for the first time since I can remember. Thank you thank you Vigor! You knew what you were doing when you relieved my pain far better than chiropractic offices have...

Not sure if they are under new Ownership or Management but didn’t recognize some of the ppl I saw in past visits.

I requested a 90 minute Full Body Massage. They asked medium or strong. I said strong. They said Deep Tissue, Deep Tissue, I said strong, I guess so.

Then when I went to pay I was charged a greater amount, instead of $80, it was $100.

There is an obvious language barrier but tricking ppl by saying that and not advising them there is an upcharge is not a fair practice.
