Zepeda Barbershop — Attraction in Town of Southold

Absolutely horrible. I called to make sure they were open on Sunday, said I would be coming in and arrived at 4:30. Their website says open til 6. I should have turned away when I saw the shabby condition of the blinds on the front door , but I didn’t. The door was locked and there were three women milling around inside so I knocked, they completely ignored me, standing outside in the rain. After knocking several more times one of them came up to the door and just looked at me without saying a word and walked away. I found this very rude and wasn’t having it so I knocked again. One of the women returned and said we’re closed. I said through the door, your website says you’re open until 6 o’clock, and I called. She unapologetically looked at me and said come back tomorrow. Walked in with a full on mullet I’ve had for over a year specifically asked the stylist to not touch the top or back and just clean up the sides of my head in order to keep my current hairstyle. She nodded in agreement then proceeded to immediately shave the back of my head. I asked her to stop she did not I walked out halfway through the cut with a mediocre skin fade she insisted I pay for.
