First and foremost, Michi (old asian lady) and the manager lead at this outlet needs to be fired. The service was good and dandy while you’re there. But don’t mistake them for a real personal sales associate you get when you go to regular Gucci. They will sweeten you up while in store and tell you so many lies to upsell and get you to love it. If you have any issues past that, they will say whatever to get out of accountability, even if false. Associate Michi especially, she sold us a purse that had defects on the hardware. She said it was brand new and untouched. She also said in front of everyone that MSRP of this in regular store when it was still in production was double the price $2,800+. I consulted with my Gucci circle on Linkedin and I was alerted by some of my contacts that the hardware isn’t supposed to look like that and it looked terrible. Also, they bought their purse last year direct from Gucci for half the price that Michi relayed! This branch are crooks. I contacted Michi and she said it was supposed to look like that because it’s “antique finish”. I contacted my Gucci connects and corporate to speak with my advisor and after seeing photos of the purse Michi sold me, Gucci corporate said that Michi lied and that the hardware is supposed to be “shiny gold” and not “antique at all. They also said even with antique finish, the photos of the hardware is not antique, it’s clearly messed up. Corporate has been relentlessly trying to get a hold of the manager at this outlet store to no avail. They are escalating as we speak, and in the meantime I also have been using my connection while I’m in the UK to get this settled from top to bottom.

Shopping at a Gucci Premium Outlet offers a luxurious yet more affordable way to indulge in high-end fashion. The outlet store provides a curated selection of past-season items, allowing customers to purchase premium Gucci products at a fraction of their original prices. The store itself is typically elegant and meticulously designed, reflecting the brand's upscale image. Each section is well-arranged, showcasing a variety of items including handbags, shoes, apparel, and accessories. Despite being an outlet, the presentation and ambiance remain true to the Gucci standard of luxury. Customer service at a Gucci Premium Outlet is usually excellent. Staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to assist, providing a personalized shopping experience that enhances the overall visit. While the discounts are substantial, it's important to manage expectations regarding inventory. The availability of specific items, sizes, or colors can be unpredictable due to the nature of outlet stock. However, this can also be part of the allure, as each visit might reveal unique finds and exclusive deals. In summary, shopping at a Gucci Premium Outlet is a delightful experience for those looking to enjoy high fashion at more accessible prices. The combination of luxury products, elegant store design, and attentive service makes it a worthwhile destination for any fashion enthusiast.

If you're ready to splurge on a top brand, this is certainly one of the best choices. I think everyone gets on line to go here at some point during their visit to Woodbury Commons. There's always a long line, which moves along much faster on Sundays than Saturdays. I just like to look around while my crew spends paychecks worth of money on a single bag or some shoes and matching belts. I have to admit that the detail that goes into creating these shoes is insane and the luxury prices reflect that. This place inspires me to want to do better and make better decisions in life so I can buy a bunch of luxury items too.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with the Gucci Outlet store has been nothing short of infuriating and disappointing. After spending thousands of dollars, I expected basic professionalism, or at the very least, some level of customer service. What I got instead was a complete disregard for my time, money, and trust in the Gucci brand. I was working with a sales associate named Jean G, who clearly should be in another line of work. She initially agreed to order a blazer for us and had her manager Antonio help us but once payment was made, they completely disappeared. Multiple text messages and phone calls were ignored over several days. When she finally responded, she said she would contact her manager Antonio. Unsurprisingly, he also never followed up. It's as if the entire store ghosted us the moment the sale was done. Jean NEVER took the time to call us, ignored us for days on end, then responded multiple days later saying she “was off yesterday”. Nevermind the 3 other days she completely ignored us. To make matters worse, I contacted a regular Gucci boutique to see if they could help. Their response? They weren’t surprised in the least. Apparently, this outlet location has a well-known reputation for being unreliable and careless. The real Gucci tried reaching out on multiple occasions on our behalf and no surprise, they too were also ignored. In the end, my husband had to drive all the way back to the store to fix their mess with no apology, no accountability, and certainly no compensation for the time, stress, and inconvenience they caused. That’s how they treat loyal, high-spending customers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this outlet store—and Jean G in particular—like the plague. Shop at a real Gucci boutique where they at least pretend to care about their clientele. This experience was a disgrace...

To start this horrific experience, the store was completely empty and we had to wait on line. The customer service is no where to be found. No one asks to help or ask you if you’re finding anything okay. It’s a free for all. A Zoo for lack of better words. The management is probably the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Professionalism is at a all time low. I had an issue with not receiving a dust bag with an item I purchased and the solution for this issue was Management her name was Dalia, saying “I don’t know what else to tell you”.Disgusting and Alarming as you’re representing Gucci. As a customer, you’re wondering why you’re being provided with such horrible service. It did not end there. Despite all of the horrible service, I fell in love with a pair of Gucci shoes. I proceded to pay for them and the cashier asked for ID along with my card. I was on the phone during the transaction (with Gucci per the issue above )and I placed my Id and my card on the table. The Cashier named JOANA rolled her eyes and didn’t check my id. She wanted me to hand them to her I guess. I asked her for her name because I was appalled at her behavior. I wanted nothing else from this Store but to purchase my shoes and go about my day. She DENIED to answer my question. I had no idea Gucci employees do not give you their names. Again. Professionalism at a all time LOW. Why be scared to give me your name? I know exactly why. Due to your demeanor and horrible service. I immediately called over a manger and she kindly gave me the cashiers name. What a horror show in this store. Please avoid going here and go to the different amazing boutiques GUCCI does have with...
