DENIED SERVICE FOR A COFFEE BREAK Today, I went to The Pandora store in Towson, Maryland. I wanted to get my bracelet cleaned and look at product to possibly get my mother. The store was fully staffed with the up coming holiday and there was no line of people. Two customers were checking out and one customer walked in behind me. The manager on duty ran to get her tablet when I walked in. Then she came back asking for names to add to her wait list. She walked past me to ask the lady that came in after me. When she asked me she told me they are not doing cleaning this weekend due to the holiday and that I could came back on Monday, which is even closer to the holiday. Once she was done explaining this to me there were two staff members without customers plus the manager. I walked away without purchasing an item. I am upset that this location does not wish to take care of the customers that have spent so much money in their store when there is available employees. Once I left I walked upstairs in the mall. As I am walking the same manger that told me they are not doing cleaning due to being to busy for the holiday is on her phone walking into Starbucks on a coffee break. It is only about 1120am and the store had only been open since 11am. I was denied service due to the manager wanting a coffee break after only working for 20 minutes??????? Read moreDate of the worst customer service experience ever, 3.18.2025, Time indicated on receipt ending this horrid experience, 7:28 PM. The staff at this location act like they’re doing you a favor. I was making an in store return of items purchased online and they made my experience so impossible. I had every intention of exchanging but after my experience I returned every single charm that I had thought of exchanging. Here’s how my experience went. I walked into the store was welcomed by a friendly associate (Shataya) I explained to her that I had some charms ordered online that I would like to return, she started my return then another associate (short hair, long lashes conveniently without a badge to identify her) chimed in from across the store “oh we don’t do returns here you have to return them where you bought them” in a very rude tone. I then told her I bought them online, It hasn’t been 30 days but her rudeness didn’t end there. The eye rolling, the snarky tone just disgusting. It then became I need to check with my manager and she went into the back room. This whole interaction and her attitude were so unecessary. She wasn’t the one helping me to begin with. I made my return and it is very UNLIKELY that I will return to this store or purchase anything ever again...
Read moreI am extremely upset with this place. I used to love pandora because I love the look of their rings, however, they do not back their products up. I have bought a total of 4 rings from them wishing the past 2 years. I bought the daisy flower ring in September 2017 (still have the receipt that specifically says that) that just broke right in half last week. All I did was push it back and forth with my other finger and it snapped in half. Now since it had not been a year (July 2018) I took it to the pandora store near me to return it or get it fixed along with the receipt. They workers refused to fix it and proceeded to tell me over and over again how I must have “banged” it on something to break it. I swore to them over and over again all I did was move it around with my other finger and it snapped. I asked if I could at least get a discount on another ring and they said no but I could buy another at full price. Let me just say, pandora, you have beautiful rings, but I will NEVER EVER buy another ring from you again. Thanks...
