I made a mistake on my time of appointment and apologized. I wanted to reschedule but Dr. MAWBY said I CAN'T reschedule. I do realize it it takes a long time to get into a rheumatologist but things happen. I didn't ask him to get me in today after I made that mistake but I definitely wanted to reschedule. I waited a long time to get in as they said they would call me back because I was on a waiting list and I never heard from them. I had to horrible experiences with Dr Mawby and I recommend another doctor for sure. Boy, if we all left the office due to WAITING in the reception area they wouldn't have any business. We need to charge them for waiting...

I too had a negative experience with being rejected because of Medicaid. I'm disabled, and doctors who do this should be ashamed. I'm poor and disabled, so this clinic has no interest in helping me unless I have cash in hand. I'm raising children while suffering in pain, and doctors like this could care less...it affects their retirement is what...

I dont understand the negative reviews, I have been coming here for 3 years and am happy. I have had some concerns as can happen anywhere, and I just talked to them about it and we worked it out, no problem. Very happy with Dr. Mawby and his nurse, would recommend...
