My dad bought a stereo here for $800. There was a problem with the subwoofer, he brought it back and they sent him to a repair shop to get it fixed. It worked for a month and broke down again,my dad went back and they gave him a new receiver, the subwoofer still didn't work after they said it was the receiver, then my dad tried a 3rd receiver It still didn't work.
4 trips later, i came with him to the store myself and the ENTIRE staff gave us dirty looks like we were in over our heads, the manager Rob or Bob was his name, was leaning against a washing machine rolling his eyes after everything we said he acted in an unproffessional & disrespectful manner. Every employee rolled their eyes, they all knew we were coming...
He stated he gave my dad 2 new subwoofers and 3 new receivers and that my dad didn't know what he was doing. He actually only gave my dad 1 subwoofer (the one they had my dad driveto a shop to have fixed) after telling to my face he gave him 2.
I can't tell you how many times the manager Rob rolled his eyes at us.
We brought the subwoofer back and they found out that the subwoofer AND Height right speaker was blown out after sending my dad to their tech. The speaker salesman literally said
"For some stupid reason the subwoofer isn't working anymore."
this pissed me off when he said it...
After this they gave us THEIR subwoofer on display and not a brand new one. I don't live in Detroit so I took the one on display because I seen with my own eyes it was working and I didn't have much time left in Detroit/Warren It worked when we set it up at home, my dad was very happy !!
My dad bought the 5 year warranty and the fact that they sent my dad to a shop proves they knew something was wrong with the subwoofer (not receiver) otherwise they would've replaced it with a new one on their shelf.
This broke my heart to know my dad was dealing with this kind of attitude, they're nice, smart people, but my dad is old and he can't speak English that well nor is he tech savvy I believe this is why they got frustrated with him and showed us the attitude (eyerolls/posture).
He just wanted his stereos to work. I told him not to go back sad thing is that he probably will because he always shops at ABC Warehouse for affordable prices...
Still can't understand why they didn't try a new sub woofer earlier, he purchased a 5 year warranty.. Please be more considerate and treat my dad with more respect next time he comes in. Because you guys don't know what he has to go through everyday. I personally would never shop here after these...

I support your decision 100%.
I worked with Rob Taylor. He is an incredible person to work with, very easy to talk to, he is very well knowledgeable about which products will suit you best. We had long conversations on what fits me as a person, and what I like the most. He did not try to upsell anything. He helped in matching and even beating the best prices I could find online or in other stores. Furthermore, he recommended similar products I was thinking about. For example, he explained that he has a Bosch dishwasher at his house and would never buy anything else since it has been there for a while and has not caused any issues.
I saved around $800 in total appliances bought because of Rob and ABC warehouse.
I added pictures of the condition of the items received (10/10)
The delivery team were great and very helpful. Took care of delivering the items and moving them in the house.
I ordered: -Bosch Fridge -GE washer -GE dryer -BOSCH dishwasher -GE profile stove
I received so far 4/5 of all the items, the gas range is on back order and thatâs not ABCâs fault. Just waiting on that order for now.
I guess iâll have to wait and see if the warranty bought (5 years from their own store) was worth it. Reading about itâs details seemed worth it for the dishwasher and fridge (frequently repaired items). It was also about $300-400 per item.
Thank you Rob! You are awesome. Appreciate your...

I walked into ABC Warehouse just to browse beds and compare prices. The store was almost completely empty, with maybe three to five older employees on the floor. As soon as I entered, an older Indian employee started following me around and wouldnât give me space to look freely.
Even though I made it clear I was just looking, he kept pressing me, asking what I wanted. Without me even asking, he claimed he could "give me a good deal" and quoted $3,450 for just the mattress. For reference, Iâve seen the entire bedroom set with that same mattress at Art Van Furniture for under $3,000.
When I told him I wanted to check other stores first, he got aggressive. He pushed me to buy a queen-size mattress for $2,800 instead. I declined again, and thatâs when things got even worse. He got visibly angry, insisted I was turning down a âgreat offer,â and told me to leave if I wasnât going to buy anything. Then he made a completely inappropriate and racist comment about âpeople like meâ needing to be kicked out of the country.
This place is unprofessional, pushy, and borderline hostile. It felt like they were trying to scam me. Also, maybe consider hiring staff who actually understand and respect the needs of todayâs customers. I wonât ever return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this...
