I have been a client for over 20 years. The only reason why I am still a member after all of this time is because of Ardella Demyers. Her professional attention to detail is unmatched. Not only is she an outstanding stylist (who I feel is completely under utilized) she also has the personality and knowledge that is well adept to business.
Often times I have been approached by various people at HCM to increase my membership or take part in various promotions/programs. I have to admit, more times than not, I rather not participate due to the fact that I am already paying wwwway too much for your services. However, if Ardella talks to me about the program / promotion I know that I can trust her. In short, I have total faith that Ardella sells me what I need as opposed to what the company wants me to buy. Ardella is the personification of customer service.
If this review was solely based on the stylists (Ardella) I would give the center a review of EXCELLENT +++++. The reason why I am giving HCM a rating of only Very Good is because I feel that after being a faithful and consistent member for over 20 years that there should be a customer loyalty program. However, I have to admit that I feel very frustrated knowing that every 12-16 months my monthly rate is going to increase. When you step back after a while and take an honest look at the situation itās pretty obvious that I am nothing more than a source of income instead of member of the HCM family. That's pretty sad feeling to have after over two decades.
So in summary, due to the fact that Ardella Demyers is my stylist and HCM is the only game in town I am sticking with you. But I have to admit, if there is ever another option, I would seriously consider moving to another establishment. In short, after so many years, I would expect HCM to offer a loyalty program to those who have been loyal to you for so long.

My original hair before and after is a disaster in my life .. I just had minor hair loss before going to this location and now I am completely bald because I made this decision their gum for sticking the hair wig on your head will lead to make u fully bald and there are 100% chances that will lead to kill existing hairs and ur hair will never grow back and also there are some chances u will be getting skin diseases like irritations and dandruff ( because they recommend hair wig when u already have hair on ur head ) but they are not supposed to recommend a wig for a 25 years old man when I am having some minor hair loss ⦠I was pushed into this after contacting them once and just for after all 3600$ ( I would have just paid them if these people are beggars) they ruined my entire hair and now I have to live my remaining life bald because of the decision I made for getting a wig on my existing hair⦠worst decisions of my life time is going to hair club I lost money and peace and all my remaining hair also I got skin irritations on my head. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was out of the country for an extended period. At no point was I adequately informed that the remaining sessions would expire or that failure to use the services within a set timeframe would result in full charges.
To my surprise, my account was later sent to a debt collection agency for the amount of $6,346, despite the majority of the contracted services never being rendered. I received no prior warning or reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before collection action was initiated.
This practice may constitute a violation of Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAP) laws, which protect consumers from being charged for services not provided or for misleading contract terms. I believe this to be an exploitative and unethical approach to business.
I strongly caution others to carefully review any agreements with this company and ensure they receive all terms in writing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend...
