I can’t believe I ever thought about going anywhere else for an engagement ring. I went to several jewelers before coming to Bongiorno, and I never got the level of service or attention to detail that I got here. I worked with Mike to create the engagement ring of my fiancé’s dreams, and it was the best decision I could’ve made.

The first thing I noticed when beginning to work with Mike is that I was working with an experienced jeweler who was passionate about his work, not a salesperson. Every jewelry shop can give you a ring that you ask for, but Mike gave me more than that. His level of knowledge in the industry is second-to-none. I discussed a few ideas with him in what I wanted, and he helped guide me to the perfect ring that he knew would last a lifetime. Choosing where you want to get a ring from is a big decision, and Mike made it the easiest choice in the world. I’ve seen some stunning rings in my life, but the ring Mike created for me is truly the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. My fiancé and several others have said the same thing. I seriously couldn’t be happier with the turnout.

I bought our wedding ring set (her ring was created and one of a kind), they created a special necklace out of our fist name initials “JR” that looks amazing 24 years later, and a special anniversary ring worthy of celebrating our marriage. They even helped me reduce the cost by using some older stones from a ring we did not wear anymore (it was their idea to help reduce the cost - wow - who does that?). And just recently our daughter was married so I went to see Alexia and found something special for my daughter and wife to celebrate. It did not break the bank and the pieces were stunning.
