Every time I go to the lake , the same family of 3 or 4 are fishing for the bluegill and I think I seen some perch in there bucket. The thing that bothers me the most is they also use a net. I try to get to the lake 1 time a week to fish for bass. I usually go Fri thru Sun. What ever day I get time. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE . What are the bass going to eat. These people have got to be damaging the lake. Just last summer alone I seen them take over 200 fish out that lake. It's probably more then that since I can't go everyday. My daughter wanted to go up to them to ask them if they even had a license to fish. All I'm tring to get across is that Troy might need to post Rules of the lake as far as fishing regulations and take some type of action. This park is an island of tranquility, where you can take a break from the noise and garbage. The first thing that catches your eye is the grooming of the territory. And the singing of birds creates a unique atmosphere of peace. Thanks to comfortable benches and shady pavilions, the park is ideal for family recreation. Here you can have a picnic, play with your children or just read a book in...

Very shallow and weedy, decent spot for catching panfish with kids, but not so much for bass, is doable, but there's usually 5+ other anglers trying to do the same thing so it's a highly pressured lake.
Also, no hate, but there are a lot of bucket fishermen that frequent this lake (catch and keep) and I doubt MDNR...
