I dropped my laptop few weeks ago and it didn't turn back on. Just the light on the power button came on just for few seconds before turning off every time I tried turning it on. I checked with few other places but they were charging 100+ dollars + taxes. So I decided to check with Everest Multi tech as they had good reviews and rating. I was completely satisfied with the service, cost they quoted and also the professionalism. They charged me 40$ + taxes. Though I had to take my laptop they asked me to bring it in so that they can check it thoroughly. I noticed that the trackpad was not working. They asked me to bring it in and fixed the trackpad issue. They said the part inside is broken and they don't have a replacement part but that I could still use it as long as I don't place weight on the trackpad which could break the internal component. They did not charge me anything extra. They made sure they made me aware of the issue and how I can avoid it.
