Store employees are not very knowledgeable. Was upsold on their finance and information withheld only until after the transaction was near complete. Was fed false information on Rewards program only to fight with customer service for over 2 hours. Store lacks professionalism as twice the store associates including the current manager had to call a former manager to be assisted with another one of my transactions. Store hours listed on website state one thing but the actual location opens later than what was posted. In Store signage doesnt support current sale prices of items. Also they don't care all items listed for sale in store and they have to be shipped. One employee who profited off our sale stated the computer software was 15 years old and she is use to working with newer software but later in the sale stated she only had been working for Sleep Number for 4 months. I wondered how that made a difference as the software to her would have only been 4 months old seeing that she just started using it 4 months ago and should have no problem using it to complete the sale.

I puchased a Sleep Number bed in July. On first night I didn't sleep in bed because there was a tube hanging down after the delivery. I called and was told a technician could come out for an additional $200, or I could tuck the tube up into the bed, I chose the latter. After week's sleep, I knew it was not for me; I called customer service. Made adjustments with their guidance. Still did not get a good night sleep for the "required at least 31 day" return requirment. They scheduled the return two weeks later and shockingly was told by customer service representive the base was not returnable. I am out $2500. At no time was I told the policy, nor could I find it in my contract. This is false advertising and seems to the a company's policy lacks integrity. She was new so she had to ask questions but she done a very good job.
