To start, this review is about customer service. Not missing sauces. We put together a bowl, including an extra sauce (so 2 sauces). Got the price, and hit x2, the price and everything on the order doubled. (Incl the sauce, it was now .60 for 2 extra - we double checked the receipt after the ordeal)
We pick it up and there was only 1 extra in the bag. So we have to park again, go inside to get the other. The person at the counter insisted on seeing the receipt (assuming he’s the one that did it wrong) and rudely said, “you only ordered one”. My wife explained we got two bowls, one for each. He said he would give it to us this time, but next time we needed to “order it correctly and pay for it” - implying we really wanted to park again, walk through the snow and slush, just to try to con BibiBop out of 30 cents.
I’m assuming since they normally only send one extra when they deliver it too, I’m guessing it’s because of how the receipt looks when you double the same order. It only shows one sauce at the bottom instead of 2, but it’s because the entire order is doubled. So probably just need to train employees on how the receipts look.
But again, the main issue is being rude and implying we tried to steal 30 cents. The food is...

Read moreI have been to many locations, but have never been forgotten. I ordered double salmon and paid over $20 for a bowl. The salmon needed to be made, so I paid and sat down to wait. After sitting for 15 minutes, I asked the lady who made my bowl if the salmon was ready, and she said she completely forgotten about me. The salmon had been sitting on the counter, not even on a warmer. She threw the salmon on my bowl and handed me everything and said sorry. Once I got my food home, the salmon was burnt. Not just the edges, it was overcooked, crispy burnt, and tasted burnt. Highly disappointed in the food, service, and fact that nothing was even said about my wait.
