Food is amazing but I feel Like I have to beg to place an order and leave a tip. I live north and everyone I call I have to call 45 times to get an answer to order my Togo food. I’m not certain the hours they take the last order so I’ll make sure I get this info next time they answer. I always leave a generous tip but go through hell to order which bothers me! If they do better in the communication area or hire someone is don’t mind taking an order over the phone I could give them 6/5 star review. This is just so disappointing. I started calling at 9 pm and online says they close at 11 but no one is answering as usual and I’d hate to drive so far to be told orders have stopped or to find out they’re closed. Please fix this issue, please!!
Ok I’ve read some reviews and they are very confrontational I see. That is unprofessional so I’ll adjust my rating and at least now I can understand why they aren’t answering, it’s because they no longer take orders over the phone. Ouch, hard lesson learned. Read moreMy experience tonight was one of the worst experiences I've had at a bar in a long time. Normally when you enter a bar you are greeted and asked if you need a menu. None of the above happened. Everyone sitting at the bar had drinks except me and my friend. There were 4 people on staff; 2 bartenders and 2 bar backs. The female bartenders served everyone but us. After about 15 minutes a large white female bartender said she would be right with us. She then went to the end of the bar and started texting and talking to the other members on staff. 10 minutes later she comes back to ask if we have been helped yet. CLEARLY WE HAVENT BEEN HELPED. It gets better, she told us she was off and didn't want to take anyone else and she would get the other bartender for us. And what did she do? Walked over and started talking and texting. I, myself work in the hospitality industry and your staff is NOT well versed on that or customer service. It is is the first time I've been here and I won't be back. Just an idea. Even a man sitting a couple chairs down from me noticed how ASHLEY, the bartender eagerly chose to ignore me. But I continued to sit quietly.
I finally got my glass of wine. Ordered my food to go and asked for a 2nd glass of wine while I waited. When I grabbed ASHLEY attn., again. I politely asked for my receipt to pay. ASHLEY said; one moment. But soon after, two women asked for to go containers and ASHLEY jumped to their request. Again, ignoring me. So the man next to me laughed and said; you better than I am and we started talking about it. ASHLEY, heard us talking.
